FOR WOMEN NAVIGATING CHANGE

A space to feel safe, reconnect and gently grow. Welcoming new clients

How I work

My approach is simple…at its heart, I see you.

Not the version of you that has held everything together for everyone else. The real you. The one that's been quietly waiting to be heard.

Together we work at your pace, drawing on your strengths and inner wisdom - even if they feel out of reach right now. My role is not to fix you. You are not broken. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you find your footing and reconnect with who you are beneath the weight of everything life has asked of you.

I bring together evidence-based counselling with the grounding, embodied practices of Kundalini meditation and yoga, and Reiki. I also offer walk-and-talk counselling for those who feel more at ease outdoors in nature. For some women, healing happens through conversation alone. Others find that walking outdoors, meditation, or Reiki supports them in reconnecting with themselves. There is no right or wrong path - together, we'll find the approach that feels right for you.

We work with your whole self, mind, body, and spirit. At your own pace and in your own way.

Beyond counselling, this is time and space set aside just for you.

Take the First Step

If you are ready for a life that feels good from the inside. You don't have to find your way through this alone.

I know it takes courage to reach out. You don't have to have it all figured out, just a quiet curiosity about what might be possible is enough.

And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.
